dreamy views best staff amazing suite dropped call dirty pool long wait

oh my gosh, the suite was just amazing. i got a beachfront premiere king room waterpark access and the views are totaly dreamy. the staff was like, the best, like i was royalty or something.

ok, so like, trying to call the hotel was a mess. my call was dropped like, three times. then at the pool, i waited forever and the pool was so dirty, there was gel and dirt floating. ew!
